Shipping & Delivery
I offer FREE local (London, ON) and surrounding area delivery on any order! I am also willing to ship anywhere in the world at your expense. Please send an inquiry to char@charlenemargo.com and we can discuss shipping options.
Returns
Under “normal” circumstances (post Covid-19) most purchasers would see the painting they wish to buy in person before making a decision. Now things are changing all the time, and more and more art is being purchased online. If you are unhappy with your online purchase please contact me. I offer a full refund providing the painting is not damaged and in its original condition within 30 days. (Shipping costs will be discussed)
Quality & What’s INcluded
All art work comes wired and ready to hang. Some paintings are within a frame, others done on standard gallery canvas which can be hung without a frame. You will need to provide the nail and hook.
We try very hard to ensure the colours seen on the website are true and accurate and I feel confident in saying they are a true likeness. Keep in mind what photographs often don’t show - is the texture that many of my paintings have. That texture adds a richness that must be seen in person to be appreciated.
Acrylic paintings will be sealed by the artist. Some use a varnish medium specially made for art. Others will seal the painting using cold wax. In either case keeping your painting clean is simply a matter of regular dusting. If your painting is heavily textured canned air, a vacuum or a damp cloth periodically should do the trick.
